Mission Statement: In the spirit of "Cultural Pride', the Fort Bend Hispanic Heritage Forum embraces all Hispanos in recognizing our heritage by instilling pride and respect for the rights of people everywhere to enjoy the fruits of freedom.

 

The Fort Bend Hispanic Heritage Forum is a 501(c)3 Non-profit Corp.  Your contributions are tax-deductible in accordance with IRS Code section 170.

About Us

The Ft. Bend Hispanic Heritage Forum is a Rosenberg-based, county wide, 501(c)(3), non-profit/non-partisan corporation founded in 2005 and dedicated to the preservation of our rich and diverse heritage by promoting a positive atmosphere through educational, social and civic events.

Purpose & Objectives:

  • Raise Funds for Scholarships

  • Serve as a resource for students seeking scholarship opportunities

  • Promote 'Cultural Pride' through Community events

  • Establish & Support annual scholarship awards to benefit students in Ft. Bend County

Board of Directors ** Officers ** volunteers:

Currently included are educators, professionals, business owners, civic leaders, homemakers, veterans and retirees.  Our group represents citizens of Hispanic descent with the common goal of improving all aspects of life in the community. 

Meeting Information:

Monthly meetings are held to discuss events, programs and board recommendations. 
When: 2nd Thursday of the month @ 6:30 pm
Where: Rosenberg Civic & Convention Center, 3825 highway 36 South, Rosenberg, TX 77471.

  • In it's short history, the Fort Bend Hispanic Heritage Forum has awarded over $23,000 to over 40 students (as of 2012)

  • The Fort Bend Hispanic Heritage Forum Board of Directors invite you to contribute to this important effort, helping to shape a better community and making a difference for outstanding students in Ft. Bend County
